What does this mean?
DAIC is dedicated to maintaining optimal validator uptime for our delegators. In line with this dedication, we are excited to introduce validator downtime slashing protection for our delegators. This safeguard is activated in instances of downtime slashing, which happens when the validator does not meet the mandated number of block signatures as dictated by the blockchain's on-chain parameters, leading to a slashing event. The compensation will be calculated by multiplying the delegator's stake by the slashing fraction enforced by the blockchain.
